Families in Yemen caught amid the crossfire of conflict are suffering at increasingly dire levels in what the UN describes as the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.

Existing poverty has been exacerbated by relentless conflict in recent years with famine now a stark daily reality for the people of Yemen. A staggering 80% of the population-more than 24 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance.

The Zahra Trust is on the ground providing much-needed access to essentials such as medical aid, clean drinking water, and seasonal aid.

The need for humanitarian assistance in Yemen continues to increase and we can only continue to provide relief with your help.

The effects of famine are further compounded by a lack of access to healthcare and medication, employment and clean, uncontaminated water which is leading to widespread and untreated illness. For this reason, already vulnerable children and elderly people are dying at record levels.
